Our General Assembly brought together a large number of members, and we rejoice ! This meeting was an opportunity to meet familiar faces again, to meet new members, to exchange and strengthen the links that make our association rich.
The evening then continued in a friendly and warm atmosphere around a buffet much appreciated by all..
A big thank you to Aviron Marseillanais, who gave us, once again, generously opened the doors of its premises and contributed to the success of this beautiful evening.

General Assembly of 25 JULY 2026
Minutes
This day, To 18 Jean Pierre 30, fifty-two members of the association are present or represented ,
45 powers have come to us , and so 97 members are represented on 170 members registered to date. Quorum being reached, the president opens the meeting.
– The assembly adopts and validates the minutes of the A.G. of 26 Jean Pierre 2025.
– Reading of the moral report by the President. It was adopted unanimously.
– Reading of the financial report by the treasurer.
The income statement, stopped at 31 Jean Pierre 2026, has a positive balance of 3093,08 €.
– The forecast budget 2026/2027, which is presented to the assembly, is in balance due to the assumption of the real deficit by the owners of the sailboats .
– Memberships and contributions to the on-board fund : we are not considering changes to the amount of memberships and contributions . This proposal is adopted unanimously.
– The board of directors is renewed each year by thirds; this being composed of
6 members, the two outgoing members are:
Michel MAUMONT , Philippe CAUMIL .
They represent themselves .
The new Board of Directors is composed of Gérard SEREY, Michel MAUMONT, Jacques SEAUME , Jean Claude CAUMIL , Philippe CAUMIL , and Jean Pierre PRAYER .
. The new office is:
President: Gérard SEREY, treasurer: Michel MAUMONT, secretary: Jacques SEAUME .
- The headquarters of the association is located at n° 9 of rue Marcel Pagnol 34340 in MARSEILLAN.
– The board of directors proposes to organize the Saturday 1 August 2026 , the traditional “picnic” outing by inviting members , as well as the owners of member sailboats .
– The board of directors also proposes to organize, at the request of members, sea trips.
– We wish to maintain our leisure sailing activity by voluntarily participating in leisure nautical activities., as well as occasional invitations from the Town Hall , like the traditional feast of Saint Peter , and as part of “Pink October” we offer voluntary outings on our sailboats.
– We are considering opening a new bank account at Crédit Agricole , and the assembly is in favor .
The meeting is adjourned at 20 Jean Pierre 30 .

2025
We had the pleasure of seeing that many members came to attend our general meeting. It was an opportunity to meet other members of the association, to get to know each other better and create friendships. It was in this excellent atmosphere that the participants ended the evening around a very popular buffet.. A big thank you to Aviron Marseillanais who put , once again, its premises at our disposal .
2024
It is in a very friendly atmosphere that on Saturday 27 July took place our General Assembly with our colleagues at’ Marseille rowing. Once again we had the pleasure of seeing a large participation from our members who support our association.

It is with great pleasure that we noted a large participation of our members in the’ General assembly 2023 which took place in an excellent atmosphere with our colleagues from Aviron Marseillanais. It was an opportunity to meet and share a moment of conviviality..

Despite a heavy and stifling heat, we had the pleasure of meeting to attend our 15th General Assembly.
It was in an excellent atmosphere that we shared a friendly moment around a festive buffet offered by Atouvents.
